On 02 July 2020, a Pilot who was ferrying a Cessna from Cairns to Redcliffe was reported to have fallen asleep and didn’t recover until he was near the Gold Coast.
A recent YouTube video illustrates the track, Actual ATC Communications, and the ATSB findings at the end.
I thought that the ATSB findings were very interesting and worth a look.
